Abstract EN
The female labor force represented a number of geographical, economic, and social issues as it is a determining factor in the characteristics of economic activity and it influences the size and role of the future female labor force in human development.
The percentage of female labor force participation reached 24.1% in 2016, To males in all sectors.
The share of females in the labor force has declined in some sectors (excluding the education sector), thus contributing to the level of their participation in the labor force, thus affecting the level of human development.
