Arabic Abstract
هدف الدراسة : التعرف إلى درجة استخدام القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية بمحافظات غزة للتفكير الاستراتيجي، و علاقته بمستوى الإبداع الإداري لديهم.
منهج الدراسة : استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها : تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية ( عميد - نائب عميد - رئيس قسم ) و البالغ عددهم ( 190 ) عضواً.
و اختيرت العينة بطريقة المسح الشامل.
أداة الدراسة : الاستبانة، الاستبانة الأولى لقياس درجة استخدام القيادات الأكاديمية للتفكير الاستراتيجي موزعة على خمسة مجالات، و الثانية لقياس مستوى الإبداع الإداري لديهم مكونة من 21 فقرة.
أهم النتائج : أظهرت نتائج الدراسة : 1.
أن درجة استخدام القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية للتفكير الاستراتيجي مرتفعا، و كان الوزن النسبي (984.04 ) و بدرجة تقدير كبيرة جدا.
2- أن مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية جاء بوزن نسبي ( 9684.36 ) و بدرجة تقدير كبيرة جدا.
3توجد علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤0.05) بين درجة استخدام القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية للتفكير الاستراتيجي ومستوى الابداع الاداري لديهم.
أهم التوصيات : 1- الاهتمام بوضع خطط وبرامج عمل مرنة ليتسنى تغييرها لمواكبة التطورات و التغيرات التي تطرأ في العمل الأكاديمي 2- الاستفادة من الدراسات و التجارب السابقة للجامعات الأخرى في وضع خطط العمل المستقبلية
English Abstract
Objective of the study : This study aims at identifying the degree to which academic leaders in the Palestinian universities in Gaza governorates use strategic thinking and its relation to the level of their administrative innovation.
Study Approach : Descriptive analytical approach Study community and sample : The study community consists of all academic leaders in the Palestinian Universities (Dean - Vice Dean - Head of Department), and they numbered (190) members.
The sample was selected in a comprehensive survey method.
The study tool : Two questionnaires, the first one was to measure the degree of academic leaders' use of strategic thinking, divided into five fields, and the second one was to measure the level of their administrative creativity which consisted of 21 paragraphs.
The most important findings of the study : 1.
The degree to which academic leaders in the Palestinian universities use strategic thinking is high with a relative weight of (84.04%).
2.
The level of administrative innovation among the academic leaders in the Palestinian universities is high with a relative weight of (84.36%).
3.
There is a positive relationship of statistical significance at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the degree to which academic leaders in the Palestinian universities in Gaza governorates use strategic thinking and its relation to the level of their administrative innovation.
The most important recommendations of the study : 1.
Attention to the development of plans and flexible work schedule, so that they can be changed to keep pace with developments and changes in academic work 2.
Making use of previous studies and experiences of the University in developing future work plans
