The control over public expenditure is the backbone of the functioning of the state institutions and the sustainability of their survival through the supervision of ways to spend public money and protect and punish anyone who begs himself waste and extravagance in other aspects allocated to him and we will address in this study the legal means devoted by the Algerian legislator to control expenditures And its effectiveness.

This is reflected in the understanding of the concept of public expenditure and the most important mechanisms taken to control it before ,during and after implementation ,and evaluating these mechanisms in achieving the desired objectives.
