Abstract EN

There are several factors that affect the development and the successful execution of digitizing projectssystems includingorganizational, financial, technical and human factors.

The latteris considered among the main effectivefactors impactingthe implementationof digitizing projects.

Thus, university library managers in Algeria work towards training of the information specialists in the field of technology by encouraging them to benefit from training sessions in order to develop their technological capacities to enable them toavoid obstacles when implementingdigitizing projects.

Information specialists are in need of a strong technological basis.

Thus, they should make efforts in managingtechnology and prepare the ground for effective development of digitizing projects.

On the one hand, this study triedto identify the levelof technological literacy acquired by the information specialists in M’Sila University
