The Arab region had been witnessing the waves of anger and protest against the social and economic conditions and political situation in many Arab countries, that has been qualified this phenomenon between revolutions, the spring, but the goal and the one which is to change the authoritarian regimes, which went bankrupt and failed to meet popular demands, especially the living demand.

Today, in the Arab world resurgence of the spring because of the deteriorating situation, but that external factor still stir the situation and intervene in order to arrange the internal affairs of some Arab countries such as Egypt and Tunisia, taking advantage of the technological development in the means of communication, especially the networks (Facebook and Twitter), which allowed the fans to skip all means oversight authority, and facilitated the process of mobilizing and recruiting young people to organize sit-ins and rallies.
