Abstract EN

This article deals with the phenomenon of corruption in a definite period which is the post arab spring.

It argues that this phenomenon is still widespred in spite of the fact that the mouvements behind the uprises in many arab countries presented themselves as the enemies of corrupt regimes in the area.

The study argues that the reported failures In post arab spring anti-corruption campains may be explained, mainly, by the lack of the participative of civil society associations.

Vested interest in corruption for certain groups needs inclusion of civil society in the process of designing a sustainable anti-corruption strategy.

It is emphasized through this article that Domestic and transnational civil society are intrinsic players -as proved by several examples- in treatment of reforms’ side-effects, what is more is that many mechanisms may be enacted in order to set ethical frameworks and code of conducts to help civil society organizations to be more effective on the gournd in the countries that have been a subject of turmoil and change such as Tunisia, Yemen and Egypt.
