This research discusses & examines how countries interact with changes in their border areas as a result of changes in the international system or regional system, and the nature of their policies toward this borderlines, based on their interests, represented in its National security or its influence and promote its position on the one hand.

And its response to the interests of other international and regional powers, that share with it the same interests on the other hand.

The end of the Cold War, and its international transformations results, had a direct impact on the Iranian border regions, making it an appropriate geographical area, for studying this relationship.
