This paper is gravitating around the most important tools of the means of open resource information -like wikileaks-, and their impact on the political process and its plain associated effects on the democratization of the political process and the diplomacy affairs.

This study enhances the mechanisms which put into practice the means of these resources of communication in the modern Arab revolutions, specifically in citizenship life -security state -democratization life.
