The article is intended to clarify that the deterioration of the natural environmental systems, water and air pollution are complex phenomena and multilateral sources and limitless, which requires the involvement of all relevant parties environmental measure at various levels to make the environmental group, in particular, the principles of corporate governance since the Rio Summit in 1992 imposed the "Environmental Governance" itself first at the international level before the break into management approaches to the various levels of the actors and political circles, this paper also focuses on environmental governance and its applications in the Arab world through a reading in the environmental performance index for the year 2018 to try to find the most important countries that occupy a global arrangement in the trend toward environmental governance.
