The world has changed and opened up some broad areas in contemporary capitalism.

The cumulative change had an active impact on culture and arts to turn into a source of productive by creating a rationale for marketing and promotion of its ideas.And that required to local, global character.

To be able to penetrate the other and to find new markets.

Searching for plastic formulations contrary to the former and able to adapt to this era.This necessitated the existence of a new artistic concepts abandon the theories of art for art, and the art community, and others, to move towards the world of finance, the economy and the creation of new theories of technical modernization level, to serve the aims and belongs to the theory of giving priority to market and material benefit, and celebrates the commodification and packing arts.

The importance of that and its effects on culture in general, and plastic arts, in particular, the research came (capitalist penetration and commercialization of plastic arts),however, sheds light on the changes brought on the culture and the plastic arts in the new capitalist era.The paper includes four chapters.

Chapter Onestates the methodological framework of the research.

It displays the research problem, its significance, and the research objectives and determines the important terms of the subject.

Chapter Two which contains three sections, gives the theoretical framework.which highlights the commodification of plastic arts, and the impact of capitalist culture on plastic arts.

In Chapter Three, three samples are analyzed, whereas the results that this paper comes with are set in Chapter Four.
