The shift towards E-administration in public organizations contributes to the fight against administrative corruption by combating its negative aspects of mediation, bribery, prejudices, routine, and other administrative functional and legal deviations that reduce the development of administrative systems and divert them from their primary objective.

The first victim is the low level of administrative performance and the deviation of its behavior.

Transparency, principles, accountability and justice may contribute to the activation of electronic monitoring to detect all irregularities and illegal practices, which is the basis of good public administration on the other hand, achieving more efficient and effective management of public organizations and reducing the negative aspects of administrative corruption.
