Abstract EN

The aim of this article is to provide a perception of a theoretical approach of the relationship between international nongovernmental organizations and human rights, based on contemporary perspectives of international social theory and the new actors of international action.

After showing the concept of non state actors and its advanced roles in global governance, and the transformations from international to global governance, also, the concept of international nongovernmental organizations, we analyze the roles of international NGOs in the promotion of human rights in the international level, and lastly, we propose the model of Arab Organization of Human Rights.
