Abstract EN

The present study focuses on one of the most important issues related to the ethnicity and its specification in the African continent.

The present study divided into three parts which deal with this concepts.

The first one is related to the ethnicity and the identity in the study of the political sciences, and its theoretical important in this study.

The second one is related to kinds of the ethnic components.

Finally we will refer to the ethnic specification in Africa ,in order to give the reader enough information about the ethnicity concept in the African continent
