In order to measure the impact of the characteristics of the Sharia Supervisory Board on the solvency of Malaysian takaful insurance companies during the period "2012-2016", We have used the program "Eviews9" The data were analyzed using the "Jarque-Bera" test to determine the validity of the data for study, "Fisher's F" test was used to choose between the aggregate model and the static effects model and the "Hausman" test to compare the model of the fixed effects with the random effects model, tests were then approved "LLC; ADF; PP" to test the stability of the time series and the test of cointegration "Kao" to detect the long-term balance between the solvency and Sharia Supervisory Board of Malaysian takaful insurance companies.

It was found a positive impact of the Sharia Supervisory Board on the solvency of Malaysian Takaful insurance companies.
