Abstract EN

Algerian government goes to electronic governement many digital projects have been developed, in order to move to electronic Algeria, such as a biomitric draft ID card, and passeport, electronic payement card remote administration transaction etc...And throug this we will try to study the biometric passeport project it was started in 2012 according to the order 1-77 December 12,2011.So that he depends on his incarnation on digital electronic documents whish led to the emergence of digitization projects.

In various municipalities of the home land in order to switch to digital format,and from the above we have seen the techniques and procedures of digital preservation to be followed in digitization projects wich contribute significantly in the permanence of the digital document.We will focus on studying this project on digital preservation techniques in the inserts of electronic passeport departement in Batna state.

To know the must important standards and the procedures to be followed,before and during the conservation of digital intities in the administration of this projects,and policy to ensure the use of digital entities for long term.The study will also presenttechnical standards in such projects in order to ensure availability of its content for long term.
