Abstract EN

This study had aimed at answering a big question laid by thinkers with different cultures, inclination and visions.

It is what is the extent of Islam sharing in the whole building of the international relations and so of the general international law.

The study had started from a hypothesis.

Saying: «whenever the source, from which law is springing, disdained inclination and category it was enjoying an important post in the general constitution of relations among individuals and states».

To examine this hypothesis the study had employed the method of analyzing the content, where texts and records, had been depended, and also employed the legal method for the essence of which is leaning on concepts, values, and legal principles.

And when Islam from the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah, Jurisprudence and consensus (of Moslem Legal Scholars on a legal question) had shared a limitless share.

That is by confession from international law jurisprudents in formulating the general shape of this law, so this study in its results had come to assure on that at a scientific investigational form.
