Dealing with air and space fields has become a necessity at the present.

In order to maintain the advanced level in air navigation, it has become an urgent priority to find an overall strategy that would formulate legal texts aiming at achieving a sustainable and secure aviation system and at developing its performance.

This research paper studies the difficulties of damages insurance and the insurance of environmental, economic and social risks related to air transport (pollution, aviation accidents, delay as well as flight cancellation and services ...).

Further, this research will analyze the legal basis of insuring and compensating for such damage, taking into consideration the increase in the rate of aircraft accidents and the losses resulting from them in contrast to the low level of confidence among customers
