The study did not show any statistically significant differences due to the variables of qualification and specialization, but they appeared statistically significant differences due to the variables in the variable of work years of the human relations with teachers whose experiences have been over twenty years.

The researcher recommended that educational leaders should be informed of the results of this study to encourage them to do more effort to maintain this honorable ratio.

He also recommended the importance of developing a moral charter for school leaders, and to be delivered to each leader as a document in his name to make him more connected with it and to work according to it.

He also recommended the importance of putting an ethical notepaper in school to strength Positive organizational behavior and raise the level of ethical practices inside it.

After the study, the researcher suggested many other studies of ethical leadership in schools.
