أداء مديري المرحلة الابتدائية و أثره على الناتج التعليمي من وجهة نظر المعلمين

Abstract EN

The present study aims to recognize the performance of the schools directors to their educational, managerial, technical, social and human tasks and the impact that occurred by the performance of the directors on the educational product according to the point of view of the teachers, this study belongs to the analytical descriptive studies pattern by depending on the analysis descriptive curriculum by using questionnaire on the sample of teachers of the primary schools in many educational regions and the questionnaire includes many points that we can recognize through it on the impact of the performance of the directors of the primary schools on the educational product through teachers’ point of view.

The study reaches that the total points of the research has a strong and effective role in the scientific product where it is work as one system to reach a scientific and strong outlet, so the director who wish to achieve the higher rates in the scientific product efficiency , should take in his consideration how to deal with the environment that surround the school, the periodical follow-up of the school and to work on developing his skills and experience by a steady image to follow the scientific product of students and it is what achieved in group the highest rates of the scientific product that the school and their director seek for it, the study recommends to take care of the surround environment of the school particularly the parents in what concerns the developing of performance rates.
