Blogs are one of the most important social networking applications in the Web 2.0 environment.

They constitute an asset of important digital content, especially in the scientific and educational fields.

The present study examines the role of blogging in supporting and developing the capacity of students' education, especially in the scientific environment and the role of blogs in general.

The study aimed to support and develop the applications of interactive information technology and networks, specifically in the educational process, which will contribute to the support of Arabic scientific content on the Internet.

The study aims to propose a framework for an electronic blogging andwritten communication skills in secondary school curricula.The framework should be standardized and has quality criteria.

The importance of the study refers to the following: poor scientific Arabic content on the Web, the role of blogs in science communication in the educational environment, the importance of utilizing interactive technologies in education, linked to the curriculum and to fill a gap on the scarcity of Arabic studies that address the role of weblogs in general education which highlights the importance of this study.

The study used documentation and content analysis to map the research trends, review cases, in addition to the case study methodology when a case was presented, described and analyzed the developed curricula of the Arabic language in the secondary stage in Saudi Arabia, especially the first grade.

The study concluded with a number of recommendations, including: the development of a course in the titled "electronic blogging" aimed at bridging the gap caused by successive developments in smart devices, suitability to mental and mental levels of students, and poor level of students in written communication skills, Also to train teachers through training courses and workshops on how to employ blogs in the educational process, and recommended the establishment of blogs for teachers whose goal is to develop useful communication between teachers themselves and their students and be part of the evaluation of the performance of teachers at the end of school year.
