This study aims to present the concept of identity in language and intellect, and apply this concept on the exceptional situation which the Inside Palestinians live, as they hold the identity of occupiers.
The study also shows how Islamic law takes such situation into consideration, and tries to root the legal ruling regarding holding the identity in question, and ends with conclusion and recommendations.
