Abstract EN

This study aims at highlighting Al-Mustaqbal (Literally, Future) Newspaper, which used to issue in the Diaspora, France, between 1916 and 1919.

This era is one of the most important times for Arabs in general and Palestine in particular.

As such, the study will focus on the historical events in Palestine, which this newspaper reported during the period (1916-1919), a very important period especially for Palestine.

This is because Palestine, that time, was living a determinative stage, when the First World War broke out.

It was also the fateful era of the destiny of the Arab area, and when the secret conferences were held between Britain and France, Such as Sykes-Picot Agreement (1916), Balfour Promise (1917), and the negotiations between Sharif Hussein-McMahon for the independence of the Arab Area between 1915 and 1916.

Al-Mustaqbal Newspaper will disclose these aspects, and this study aims at providing important information for the researchers in the history of Palestine.

Taking the abovementioned facts into account, the importance of this study emerges to obtain historical information about Palestine.
