The objective of this research is to identify the activated behavior of organizational citizenship to promote the career commitment of a sample of teaching Iraqi university, the purpose of the research is the realistic behavior of citizenship diagnosis, as well as promoting high impact in the surveyed higher education organizations and determine their respective roles in achieving development culture career commitment Academy Hence we have a clearer significance.
And through the search for his problem through a group-centered questions about whether there is a correlation between research and explanatory variable response variables, and in that light it emanated him three questions head.
To achieve the objectives of the research was the use of a questionnaire developed for the purpose of data collection and distribution to the research sample, was chosen as a total sample population (50) individuals were relying on statistical package to do a statistical analysis of this research, user, ANSI (SPSS) analysis of simple regression, standard deviation, coefficient Pearson correlation.
In light of the findings and analyzes research found a set of conclusions of which there is a role behaviors citizenship in achieving the university's strategy and results that have been reached illustrate well provide the necessary infrastructure to achieve these dimensions As for after the Iraqi university's career commitment, the department is trying to comply with this dimension acceptable manner through the use and performance audit effectively and punish behaviors contrary reward systems, and finally the research presented a set of recommendations that are believed to be necessary for the conduct of the organization for its activities in order to stay in the field of employment, including the adoption of special integrated key strategic career commitment demonstrates What controls workers and community mission and programs that affect them and the preparation of clear goals Organization annual plans.
