Oil sector considers one of the most important economic sectors ,especially in the developing countries because it being the main resource to finance the budget, The extractive oil industry occupies an important part of this sector as well as other oil industries.

Iraq is one of those countries that depends heavily on financing its budget on the oil sector, so its greatly affected by fluctuations in external demand in the oil market (negatively and positively), which greatly affects the economic, social and political situation of the country.
