Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the reality of the implementation of social responsibility in commercial banks by focusing on the Concepts related to them and their importance to the institutions with presentation of some activities and practices of the National Bank of Jordan in this field.

This study concludes that the Jordanian responsibles realized the importance of the link between the bank's commitment and its social responsibility towards the stakeholders in order to achieve their satisfaction and image.
