Abstract EN

The health of the individual is the primary objective of all human societies as it is the effective factor for the survival of the individual as a vital and productive element capable of carrying out his economic and social activities efficiently, ensuring the survival and development of his life and ensuring the progress and progress of the society in which he lives.

This research aims to identify qualitatively and quantitatively the nature of health services in the city of Rumaitha during 2014.

Taking in consideration the population growth.

To identify which problems that the health sector faces and suffers from as well as to compare the indicators of the quality of performance of health service centers in Al-Rumaitha with the Iraqi standards approved in order to identify the degree satisfaction of residents in the city with the health services which provided to them.

The author adopted the analytical approach to build a theoretical basis and apply this approach to study the level of health services in Al-Rumaitha city using statistical tools and methods to determine the level of performance of health service sector considering population size.

To measure the efficiency of the provision of health service the author used the WHO health standards.

The most important conclusions of the research is to identify the needs of the city of doctors and health staff and health institutions and to identify the degree of satisfaction in the population.
