The objective of this study is to identify Job Alienation and its influence on the Efficiency and Effectiveness of the organizational performance in Jordanian telecommunication companies.

The researcher considered a controlled sample of 111 executives in higher management.

The researcher also depended on two sources for data collection, preliminary data, and secondary data.

He also used many statistical methodologies such as descriptive and indirect statistical analysis.

The study concluded that the overall implication of Job Alienation has an impact of statistical influence (0.05) on the effectiveness and efficiency of the organizational performance in Jordanian telecommunication companies.

The study results showed that the job alienation existed with high levels in the targeted companies.

The results also showed indications with statistical significance of job alienation impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational performance in Jordanian telecommunication companies.

In light of its results, the study provided a set of recommendations.

Of those, the most important were: Jordanian telecommunication companies should increase their awareness of the influence of incentive programs.

These programs should be provided fairly and based on employee evaluation score, Jordanian telecommunication companies should establish a fair promotion system to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction which will subsequently improve their job performance.
