Information and communication technologies have become an important and unavoidable factor for economic development.

The development of economies has necessitated overexploitation of natural resources, which has led to the degradation of the environment.

Resources that are harmful to the environment can also hinder the development model itself.

The purpose of this work is to highlight the role of information and communication technologies in achieving the goals of sustainable development, focusing on the contribution of these technologies to preserving the right of future generations to benefit from the current natural resources, and also the positive effects of its use in various fields.
