The study aims to know how to use the Balanced Scorecard as a method for evaluating the performance of the Algerian Mills Organization Omar bin Omar, which is based on four dimensions: financial, customer, internal processes and the Learning and growth, unlike traditional methods that are only interested in the financial dimension.
And the study concluded that the organization does not use the balanced scorecard, but relies on traditional methods of measuring and evaluating their performance and the managers are not aware of the importance and benefits of their usage
