This study aimed to determine the level of scientific thinking and the level of mathematical thinking skills and whether there are correlation between the female students in sixth grade was used test to measure the level of scientific and mathematical thinking skills, study sample consisted of 455 female students from the sixth grade, where the total number of students reached 29.680 students; and to achieve the target was used the descriptive approach Correlative; among the most prominent results of the study that the level of scientific and mathematical thinking skills were moderate degree students at the primary stage, and it turns out there is a relational positive relationship statistically significant at the level of (α = 0.01) Below between the level of scientific thinking and the level of mathematical thinking skills, as it is the greater the level of scientific thinking skills as the level of mathematical thinking skills among students increased the sixth grade.

The study included several recommendations, the most important of which are the holding of training courses for teachers during the service to train them to employ thinking and skills and train teachers to design scientific positions and planting them within the curriculum and address the weakness and lack of thinking skills that appear during teaching and to develop teachers and develop incentives so that the teacher on the development itself permanently; and the most prominent aspects of the study of the study and assistance aspects hindering to teach thinking skills in the school environment proposals, the extent of knowledge of teachers and whether thinking skills are integrated and taught through teaching, science course content analysis Mathematics developed for the primary stage to see the availability of basic thinking skills in the curriculum.
