Targeted research to identify existential guides educators and environmental recognition guidelines, and identify the link relationship between existential and environmental guidance and attendance to as heterosexual, and current research sample consisted of (400) mentor and guide in six Directorates General of Baghdad's Karkh Resafe Interventional breeding and use int scale existential presence (Ahmad, 2015) and guided environment scale (Hefei, 2015) and verified genuineness and steady tools using statistical social science really showed The current research sample results have existential presence guiding environment linked individually with the existential presence in the light of the results reached by the seeker into a set of conclusions and recommendations and proposals.
This study aims to identify personal presence of educational connselor,s counsel environment and the correlation between personal presence and counsel environment according to gender variable.
The sample consists of (400) male and female counselore working in 6 directorates of edncation at karkhand Resafa provinfes The res eamcher adopted the scale of personal presence (Ahmad, 2015) and counsel environment (Kafi, 2015).
Spss was used to verify the Validaty and reliability of the two tools The results the researcher reaches to anumber of suggestion and counclusions
