Abstract EN

Investment is defined as a risk taken with the capital to have benefits.

This risk taking must be made on previous studies and clear data about the field of investment.

The investor tries to enlarge the benefit margin and make the risk margin less.

This investment which was limited does not now recognize the geographical or political borders because the world has turned into a unified market .According to this situation, capitals started moving from one country to another under what is known as foreign direct investment.

This vital variable of economies of developed and developing countries stayed for the latter as a fellow of the theory of dependency until the last quarter of the 20 th century .

People started then to think about the advantages that developing countries can take from foreign capitals.

For this , Algeria found it self obliged not to be against globalization and being in the international market.

It found it self in concurrence to take the most foreign capitals possible ,especially with the possibilities it has.
