This study aims to identify the reality of the application of the electronic management of human resources in the Algerian entreprises, specifically in the Algerian Telecom Corporation, the branch of the state of Mela.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the hypotheses were tested by preparing a questionnaire containing a set of questions that dealt with the subject of the study.

The questionnaire was distributed to 33 workers.
