The purpose of this study is to determine a methodology to deal with the crisis, from the diagnosis of crises to prevention.

For this, the study was divided into three main parts.

The first deals with the concept of crises, its characteristics and causes, the second focuses on crisis management and its stages, and the last deals with the strategy of facing crises by companies and their leaders.

The study showed that in order to cope with crises and manage them well, one must perform the functions of management: planning, organization, direction and control
