Abstract EN

This study was conducted during the growing seasons of 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 at the Cloth home (Saran) of Agriculture Research Station, Agriculture College , Basrah University , Garmat Ali Campus .

The aim of the study was to investigate effect of spraying Gibberellic Acid (GA3) ,chelated Iron and Coconut liquid on vegetative and floral growth characters and voletile oil production of Jasminum sambac (L.) Ait.

The study included 27 factorial treatments with three factors of Gibberillic Acid at three Concentration ( 0 ,150 and 300 ) mg.L-1 , Chelated iron at (0 , 50 and 100) mg.L-1 Concentrations and Coconut liquid at (0 ,15% and 30% ) .

Complete Randomized Block Design was used with three replicates for each treatment Data were Compared mean variation by Revised least significant Differences ( R.L.S.D.) test was used at probability of 0.05 .

Result were as follows : Plant sprayed with GA3 at the concentration of 300 mg.L recorder significant increases in plant height ,numbers of primary shoots , leaf area of plant, flowering time was early during the second seasons.

GA3 concentration at 150 mg.L-1 had significant increases in prolonging flowering period Chelated iron spray at a concentration of 100 mg.L-1 recorder significant increases in leaf area vegetative growth plant height, chelated iron spray at 50 and 100 mg.L-1 recorder significant increase in prolonging flowering period of plants in both season ,number of main branches, leaf area , Spraying coconut liquid at 30% recorded significant increases in number of branches, leaf area, flowering period , plant high at the second season, spraying of coconut liquid at 15% and 30% recorder significant increases in, plant high at the first season, leaf area ,vegetative growth at the second season.

Spraying coconet liquid at 15% recorded significant increases in leaf area, early flowering length at the first season .The secondary and tertiary had significant increases in most of the studied vegetative, flowering to both seasons .
