The Holy Quran is concerned with the rights of the child and gives him great rights at all stages.

These rights include the right of the child before birth, starting with the formation of a Muslim family based on close ties and a strong legal relationship.

The study concluded that the good choice of the couple guarantees the rights of children in good education, and recommends that the researcher take care of the rights of the children that are guaranteed by the Holy Quran, including the formation of a good family.
