Since sociologists have written articles, especially in the Arab region, many works have not treated or partially treated this theme of the Arab identity.

This topic has become the core of increasing interest, particularly with the rise of Islamic movements and digital media which are considered main sources that affect the national identity.

In spite of the fact that it is not possible to name them all, especially since they often belong to intellectual traditions, they are directly related to socialization; reference will be made to the writings that are addressed in particular to the process of the constitution of identity.
