Abstract EN

The research aims to save an adapted motor program that develops some basic motor skills(basic transition skills, basic control skills) for mentally handicapped children Who are capable to leamable(6-S years).

We have used the experimental method to fit the research problem where the method of pre-test and post-test was applied to a sample of (20) children with mental learning that are divided into two equal and equal groups in terms of IQ and chronological age.

The 15-unit program was applied to the experimental sample at about 3 lessons per week.

The results revealed that the proposed adaptive motor program positively impacted the development of targeted basic motor skills in mentally handicapped and learning children So.

we recommend to apply this program in specialized centers for this category.
