Abstract EN

This study aimed at assesses Quality of Quadrimester System used in University of Jordan in academic year 2017-2018.to attain the purpose of this study a two questionnaire was prepared, distributed on the study sample that consisted of (261) faculty members and (14146) students at the second summer semester for the academic year 2016/2017.

Means, standard deviations, and analysis of variance were computed to answer the study questions.

The study showed that the quality of Quadrimester System is moderate for faculty members and students.

System quality for students greater than faculty members.

Improving personal advantages greater than improving learning and teaching quality.

The Most Important Strengths of Quadrimester System: Give opportunity to accelerate graduation, Reduces burdens of study, and increases income of the Faculty Members.

The Most Important Weaknesses: Negatively Affects of Achievement, Reduces Time of Practical Courses, and Reduces Fun in University, Increases Burdens of Faculty Members.

Also for faculty members no statistical differences at (α = 0.05) in Quality of Quadrimester System attributed to variables: gender, college, and existence.

However, for students there are statistically significant differences in the quality of the Quadremaster system due to variables: college, GPA, academic level.

But no statistically significant differences attributed to student gender.
