These organizations based in there discourse as a legal authority of world, which it is capable to managing the international economy to the «fair distribution of wealth» and development (there discourse), but the views on the «concrete reality» refers to the possibility of criticism on more than one level, specifically with regard to its authority, its modus operandi, its policies, and how the processors of the problems and crises ...

In our research, we will study the gap formed between the «discourse» of those organizations and observations of the «real world» .
