Abstract EN
The study aims to measure the relationship between expenditures and public revenues in Algeria between 1990 to 2017 by adopting the VECM model.
After the causal tests for Granger and Toda-Yamamoto and proving only one-way trend in the long term from expenditure to public revenues, in addition to proving the cointegration relationship(Johansson’s test), the VECM model was finally estimated.
