Abstract EN

The study aims to analyze the reality of public expenditure on higher education in Algeria during the period between [2000-2018] and by clarifying the allocation of public expenditure on this sector, reaching a set of results that the quantitative and qualitative development indicators analysis shows how the effort of Algeria For upgrading the higher education sector has devoted huge sums to face the pressures of increasing student numbers and increasing the wages of the workers and teaching staff which form part of the public sector budget.

But the weakness of global hand requires redoubled efforts to overcome differences and promote consistent and developmental objectives of the country
