Abstract EN

The research concerned the study of the impact of the elements of the investment climate on attracting investment flows, especially in the service sectors in Algeria.

These sectors are of increasing importance.

They contribute significantly to increase the GDP and create job opportunities, and they have a significant impact on other sectors.

And the investment climate despite great impact on attracting investment however, Algeria remaind low in theintemational indices for measuring investment and investment flow are fluctuating and does not reflet the true level of its potential,the investments in service sectors did not exceed15% while the proportion of investments globally reached more than 67%.
