Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of quality performance of the UNRWA TV from the perspective of primary school teachers in the school district west of Gaza of the un relief and works agency(UNRWA).

the researcher used in this study descriptive analytical method, and adopted the questionnaire to collcct data where this tool consisted of (38) items measure the two areas of performance according to quality standards.

the questionnaire was applied to the amount of sample (95) of the teachers.

the study found the results to the level of quality performance of UNRWA TV was above average relative weight(68.62).

as it turns out that the quality of the performance of educational software providers level in UNRWA TV was high relative weight (75.34) the level of quality look and directing educational programs in UNRWA TV has been moderate relative weight (62.58).

the hay also said there were no statistically significant differences in sample study on the calendar UNRWA TV performance of the educational views of differences attributable to the variables (sex and years of service.) the study recommended training tutorials providers in the TV on the use of different types of teaching aids, and employ stimulate motivation.

the study also recommended that the development of the technical performance of UNRWA TV by giving the opportunity for viewers to communicate directly with the tutorial provider through SMS messages, fax, internet or telephone.
