Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of financial liberalization on the informal financial sector in the economies of developing countries, which suffer the financial systems in these countries from multiple imbalances and highlighted the growing role and increasing the informal financial sector, which has become a considerable proportions of the structure of their economies.

The financial sector liberalization and effective way to achieve higher levels of economic growth, allowing the best of the mobilization and allocation of financial resources towards investments more productive, and can’t be informal financial sector alternative to the formal financial sector, the relationship between the two sectors tangled and complex, but has been confirmed by evidence that the activity the informal sector to increase in fiscal under braking, and be more vulnerable in light of financial liberalization if they follow procedures and supervisory controls economic prudent.
