This article aims to identify the significance of employees empowerment as one of the most important of the managerial skills those required in today's business environment.
Firstly, we discussed the management practices development from the traditional paradigm to the contemporary' one.
in addition to the basic requirements for successful modem manager.
Secondly, we provided some definitions of empowerment linguistically and procedurally.
and we analyzed the relationship between empowerment and some terms which approach; as well as determine its benefits and advantages.
Finally, we saw the principles of empowerment and its methods, in addition to the obstacles that may stand facing the establishment of the empowerment strategy in business organizations.
