This research dealt with the activity of the Arab American mission since its establishment in 1889 in the united states of America to preach protestant Christianity, among the in habitants of the Arab region and their arrival in Basra in 1892 in and then to Amarah in 1895 in southern Iraq, and take a substation belonging to Basra main station he focused on their medical activities by rotating missionaries from pastors, and doctors in their religious medical trips to them coming from their main station in 1910 resulted in the growth of their missionary work and the establishment of their physical presence in the region through the construction of a hospital in the city of Al-Amarah in 1926 and the diversity of their activity between the Nash (1921-1958), was intended to win victors and obtain admissibility and do not deny that their work was not devoid of humanism that was international or unintentionally till it closed their station, and left forced in 1959 after the revolution of July14, 1958 in Iraq.
