Al-Taqreeb is a term in Kufa Grammar School that rouse controversy among school in identifying it because of lack of grammar books of Kufa School.
We have tried in this paper to identify the meaning of this term grammatically and semantically according to (Al-Farraa) that is because the term has appeared in his book Ma'any Al- Quran in reference to a meaning that is confined to Quran grammar.
