This study aims at revealing the importance of quality in the health service and its impact an the satisfaction of the client throngh the defini- tion of the criteria that the health service must have according to the cli- ent.
In adition,the client's satisfaction is considered as a criteria it self as it provides the necessary information about the extent to which the service providers are successful in their work and this is based an the pa- tient's evaluation of the realization of their expectations ,ther fore, know- ing the patient's opinions and measuring the degree of their satisfac- tion's far as the service is concerned, play an important role in defining the degree of quality that could make the client pleased about the health establishment and its performance and this is what makes loyalty to the health estabishment and its team wich stronger to be influenced by any competitive advertisement.
