الملخص EN

The strategy of self-questioning is one of the most important strategies that are based on the development of the student's self-reliance by asking questions about himself, and drawing out schemes for himself to solve the question in a clear way.

This is done by training and support from the teacher.

The contemporary educational trends emphasize the importance of education, To invest his energies more effectively, and gives him the lights to know his tendencies and preparations and abilities, motivation and self-skills in order to plan for development and guidance towards the height and change and development.

Self-questioning is a set of questions posed by students before and after reading, and all these questions require the integration of information and good thinking, and require their answer to these questions.

The aim of the research is to: 1- To explore the effect of using the strategy of self-questioning in developing the decision-making skills of female students in secondary school.

2 - Identify the decision-making skills to be developed by high school students.

3 - To draw the attention of those responsible for the educational process to encourage teachers to use strategies aimed at developing decision-making skills.

The research reached: 1.

There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the control group and the experimental group of the decision-making skills scale in the tribal application.

2 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the experimental group in the tribal and remote application of the strategy of self-questioning in the teaching of home economics in the development of decision-making skills for students in favor of the post-application.

3 - There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of students in the control group in the tribal and remote application of the decision-making skills in favor of the post-application.

4 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the experimental group in the tribal and remote application of the decision-making skills for the benefit of the post-application.

5 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students of the control group and the experimental group students in the post-decision skills skills in favor of the experimental group.

I recommend searching for: 1 - Using the strategy of self-questioning in the development of curriculum content for high school students.

2 - the need to train teachers to use the strategy of self-questioning.

3 - interest in the development of decision-making skills using other strategies to develop curricula and improve teaching methods.
